Reintroduction of Adidas Forum taps past and present New York City culture

 

Grow, a digital agency for pioneering brands, tapped ALT TERRAIN to support their super creative Adidas Forum influencer activation event.

First, let's kick things off with a bit of sneaker history; the original Forum was released in the 80s as top of the line basketball shoe.

Adidas recently reimagined and redesigned it for today's consumer and culture.

Tapping into its 80s roots, a vintage city bus served as the centerpiece for influencer marketing activation.

ALT TERRAIN found a road-worthy 1984 city bus and branded it inside and out with Adidas Forum visuals and props. 

Adidas then enlisted a band of Gen Z New York City fashion influencers to take a tour of vintage clothing shops in Brooklyn.

Throughout the one-day activation, outfits complementing the new Adidas Forum shoe were created and shared with followers.
