Disney+ Day experiential marketing event reaches new heights
When our favorite West Coast creative agency, Epidemic, asks for experiential marketing support, we always reply with an enthusiastic 'YES!'
This time, their concept for a Disney+ Day was bigger than we could have imagined.
Larger-than-life inflatables of Disney+ movie and series characters to pop up in NYC, Nashville, and LA.
Going big comes with its challenges.
Firstly, securing outdoor event locations large enough for numerous oversize inflatable sculptures.
Secondly, without a doubt, are the numerous city permits required for these temporary installations.
Thirdly, it is to activate New York City, Nashville, and Los Angeles within one week with only one set of inflatables.
It was all hands on deck to bring this experiential activation to life!
In addition to all on-the-ground planning, coordination, and installation logistics, ALT supported their experiential activation with brand ambassadors team in each city.
In NYC, the experiential pop-up took place in the Meatpacking District, the Nashville activation happened outside the CMA Awards, and the finale at the Santa Monica Pier.
