The idea, created by the innovative real estate marketing agency Core Twelve, ramped-up buzz, content, and conversation to entice businesses to relocate their offices downtown at 4 WTC.
Two 6' high x 12' wide window frames were carted throughout the streets of Midtown via a street team.
To enhance the activation impact, the street team outfitted in 4 WTC branded jumpsuits, creating a flash mob-style look and feel.
While positioned outside office buildings, the street team distributed 4 WTC flyers and swag to people exiting specific buildings with ideal tenants.
The guerilla pushcarts created an undeniable presence and provided high-profile content of the team throughout Midtown from Bryant Park to Penn Station to Rockefeller Center.
