Fort Lauderdale tourism activates at NYC Pride with parade float, ambassadors, and crowd giveaways
Celebrating with hundreds of thousands in New York City, Fort Lauderdale celebrates Pride in the best way, bringing the beachside fun to the party.
Shining in the field of tourism marketing, Starmark conceived and designed this creatively vibrant activation.
The mobile float, showcased Fort Lauderdale pride in being the fun and sun-filled inclusive destination for any sexual orientation and identity, a welcoming LGBTQ+ vacation spot to get away and enjoy life.
Decked out in swimsuits and beach wear, brand ambassadors celebrated with the crowds along the route, passing out hand fans, sunblock, beachballs, and floaty key chains.
The activation gained 500,000+ impressions and 14,000+ engagements.
After the Pride parade, Fort Lauderdale took the showroom vehicle on an after-party tour with the team activating on the streets around popular nightspot.
What made this NYC Pride initiative a smart move?
